Who we are
Access Repairs provides on-site appliance, refrigeration, air-conditioning, catering, laundry and electrical repairs across Gauteng. When this notice says "we" or "us", it means Access Repairs. What information we collect
When you submit a booking or enquiry form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (if you provide one)
- Your area or suburb
- Details of the appliance or fault you need help with
- Your preferred contact method and appointment time
We only collect the information you choose to give us. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange your repair. Specifically, to contact you, confirm your booking, quote and carry out the work, and follow up on the repair or its guarantee.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. Your details are used by our own team to arrange and carry out your repair. If you choose to send your enquiry to us over WhatsApp, that message is handled through WhatsApp's own platform under their terms.
How we protect it
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent to us by email over a secure connection. We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and guarantee obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, and to ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us on 074 331 8067 or repairsaccess@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to us using the details you provide for the purpose described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, though this may mean we can no longer arrange your repair.
